Hello every one ...
so ah... let me get to the point straight ....
I was playing BF 1 on this card ... suddenly system turns off and never turns on again ...
no problems were seen playing R6 Siege , PUBG , Mafia 3 because I was playing these before BF1 you know ...
this afternoon I was playing BF1 in the middle of the round I heard something that indicated system has crashed and then turned it self off ... I tried to turn it on but no luck ...
so I opened the case up and started to clean the PC and it's components there was some dust I cleaned them even opened up power supply unit and cleaned BUT noooo luck there neither ... after these scenarios I removed the RX470 and tried to turn the system on this time there were signs off life in the old MB... system turns on but no signal on monitor via Intel HD GPU on DVI port ... instead BOOTDEVICE _LED and VGA_LED turn on RED and stays like that and CPU fan spins until I press power button system shutdowns instantly ...
I tested the power supply via multimeter and paper clip trick yes power supply is OK but I am not sure if I have done the multimeter test ... all the volts were correct and there were no blown capacitors or any thing suspicious ...

unfortunately I have no other PCI graphics card to test the MB ...
I have used the jumper to CLEAR_CMOS the board and removed the battery but still get the RED LED warnings ....

I was using the card on it's original BIOS ...
an other thing is when I plug out the power cord waiting some time to electricity drain from it then turn it on, white LED gets on near the 8pin socket of the cart ... and when pressing the power button cpu fan and those LEDs on board start to work for like a half a sec ...
I forgot to mention that before this accident I had removed the card for some reason to use INTEL HD but those RED LEDs on board were showing off ... so I quit doing that ...
and I remember that Wattman were failing so often that caused black screen so I had to restart my rig to fix it ...
System Spec. :
AMD Adrenaline v19.3.3 driver were installed last night ...
Windows 10 were updated the other night

You need to look in your motherboard manual to see what the led codes mean but it sounds like it could be anything from motherboard and gpu, or even cpu. Have you tried installing the gpu again since you pulled it and reset the bios?

As the igpu isn't working also it could well be the motherboard or CPU, I recall you had stability issues maybe this was the result of those. You need to try and test the board and CPU, my money's on the board at this point though.

I found a buzzer and I there was this 1 long and 3 short beeps AMI bios as found out it might be CPU or iGPU problem in 1 site and in other one said it is extended memory failure ... so far ... I need to test the parts individually ... but why when installing video card system does not reaction ? could it be power supply issues?

Generally means graphics card not found.
Reset the bios via CMOS jumper and try again with the integrated graphics connected.

.....BOOTDEVICE _LED and VGA_LED turn on RED and stays like that and CPU fan spins until I press power button system shutdowns instantly ...

Those red LED lights are not warning lights, they indicate which phase the boot process has gotten to.
The last led lit may be the issue, or the unlit one after it. Take note which it is and test.

VGA_LED and BOOT_DEVICE_LED are lit and wont turn off beside I have used the RTC or CMOS clear and removed the battery and power cord but no use result is the same ...

Remove the boot device (hard disc) and the dGPU and see if it boots to BIOS.

already done that it does not boot with iGPU besides it is even not turning on with dGPU ...

Look for bent pins on cpu socket.

Your power supply is Junk just so you know. HEC usually make a lot of mid-range units but they've since only really made low end Corsair and bad mid-range units for cougar and sold a lot of their own branded rubbish in the pre-built system channels

HEC aren't as good as they used to be. Swap it out for a budget evga g series power supply. It doesn't matter if its bronze it will still perform better and be more reliable than your current HEC
