I remember a site where you could see what voltage is possible at different ghz for many cpus, it also showed how many % of this cpu could achive this low vcore,voltage at let's say 3.9ghz,4.0ghz
That site would give you an idea of how low vcore you should be able to run different cpus at, that makes it a little easier to start lowering vcore.
