I was just looking at getting a new keyboard and would really like to have dedicated macro keys plus mechanical switches for less than 100 euros (live in Holland, but 80-90 usd is similar to 100 euros usually).

Any leads are welcome as I don't really want to spend 180+ on a keyboard just for macros!

The Corsair lines are pretty good, with programmable buttons galore. I've got a K90 which I adore. The K55 is serious budget, but I'm seeing a K95 at a little over $100 on Amazon.

A link or two to where you would be ordering may help us help you.
Honestly I usually check tweakers.net or nl.hardware.info for prices, but half the cheaper keyboards aren't listed there, so I can't really find and compare them easily. I might buy from amazon.de or bol.com though.

Honestly, I could probably find any keyboard somewhere, but I don't know gembird or genesis for example and the g.skill km780 has fairly mixed reviews while still costing 120 euros or so, so I'm pretty stuck atm.

Ok there is a ton to look at in that price range.

Do you prefer a specific switch, do you need a full layout, TKL, smaller?

Fnatic, ROCCAT, Logitech, all good go-to companies with easy to use, and feature rich software. Although with certain models features will change. Of course, there are many more options, like Corsair is pretty standard, I just think the software for keyboards is a bit tougher to use than it needed to be.

I just wish more had macro keys... like in 2017

Normal mechanical keyboards aren't a problem at all, but there are basically no keyboards like the roccat ryos mk fx (discontinued) anymore, especially not under 120 euros or preferably even less than a 100.

So you want dedicated Macro keys on the keyboard? Remapping keys is out of the question?

Roccat Ryos?

Steelseries Apex M800?

Or maybe keep the keyboard you have and look into a claw pad or additional number pad for Macros?

Suppose a numpad might work. Will look into those then. A logitech g613 is pretty cheap too though, 120 euros and wireless. Was going to get 4 rechargeable AA batteries anyway, so that might be a good compromise. Is that a good keyboard? I could even send that back if I don't like it

Dunno, logitech has been hit or miss.

the logitech g613 is pretty good, the keys are a little mushy and the wrist rest is not what i like. Other than that its so cool to have wireless / blutooth macro mechanical keyboard. Pretty sure i paid 75$ for it a while back, i have several g903 mice that have partially died but the logitech keyboards have been good since forever.
