Processor ryzen raven ridge 2200g, ryzen 2600 upgrade:)
Motherboard msi b350 pc mate, biostars a320, asrock ab350m micro
Cooling x2 cheap china handmade, i got plenty aigo/fantech rgb fans now heh
Memory klevv dual channel 8gb 3000mhz, trident 16gb 3600mhz, random ddr2 stick
Video Card(s) back to square, using vega 56 now:D
Storage wd green ssd 240gb, 3tb seagate expnasion, random laptop hdd x4, 1tb 3.5
Display(s) acer vgo 22inch fullhd 75hz
Case cheap segotep/dazumba mid atx, alcatroz mini atx
Audio Device(s) genius retro wood style, harman kardon stick iii
Power Supply be quite system power9, powerlogic standar, voltron 300fx, thermaltake smart 1200w
Mouse rexus, genius ps/2, powerlogic ps/2 ball tracking
Keyboard rexus, random china product x3
Software talking abt best software, autodesk/unity3d/notepad yes notepad!!
Benchmark Scores theres nothing to brag abt potato, but it can run decent 30fps fullhd with good setting:)
so becouse of tasting rtx for an week, i feel like not wrong to upgrade now, my rx570 580 alr do good job for an years, they deserving retired ticket:) , i found enjoyable play on constant 75fps, and its hard to back to 60fps, well okey so ive several list on gpu model&brand, might consider buy rtx again, maybe the same model as colorful before
heres what i listed so far

rx5700 option: (i think this is the best)
asus tuf(expensive) blower $493
sapphire blower $385
msi mech oc dual $405
(sapphire cheaper)

rx5700 xt option: (under my considerable)
msi (expensive) $471
powercolor(cheaper) blower $423
red dragon dual $458
sapphire blower $452

rtx 2060 option: (this one best too)
colorful (yes this brand again, a monster disquise as potato package:D)
inno 3d twin x2 $378
galax 1click oc $371
zotac amp $373
palit digital alliance $360
all equally pricetag&dual fan type

rtx 2070 option: not rly want to jump for this, but i will consider to pay for this if its only max $50 gap)
galax dual(cheaper) $500
colorfull dual $520
inno ichill x3 $537
dual fan

last call allout rtx 2080 galax $610 plus cutoff 6% around $580+

cheap route
gtx 1070ti / gtx 1080non/ti
rx vega 64 out of question, this one is overpriced even for used one
consider is cheating route for save my $, i dont mind to pay for cheapest/warranty expired/used one, range $200 for 1070ti to $300 for 1080ti gigabyte 1 fan shroud/broken i dunno, just call it broken :)
cheapest is zotac dual no box 1070ti below $200 anyway

all items price gap is sightly, except cheaper to expensive i can tell it need extra 20-$40

and for a gen jump i think is only $20-50 each, depending on what brand, i try my best seek for trustwohrtly pcstore, and its alr quarante best deal on local:)

anyone having experince or knowledge on brand model above? pls lemme know which one is worth thx adv:)

note:
monitor is dell 24/vgo22 75hz 1080p (all no displayport, so might be not a wise to pick nvidia becouse lack of gsync to freesync suport over hdmi) but this is not important, vsync ingame alr do goodjob

i only need gpu, its okey with bootlencek cpu, i found it not rly neccessary becouse barely noticed ingame, so i will just listed my psu capable of, since its important to do so #mypsu

budget is out of question, yes dont ever look down potatoes, we either can be cheap or expensive sometimes, we wre just have a habbit to spend for cheapest stuff, i got the $ so yeah, when the times came potato thug mode on

Since your monitor doesn't have DP, I'd strongly advise that you look at AMD cards only, I have my VEGA64 hooked up to my 75Hz Acer XR341CK over DP (doable with HDMI as well) and I have no issue with enabling Freesync. I play at 3440x1440, so my poor VEGA64 struggles somewhat at this res with newer games, but so far, it's doing a bangup job with Gears 5, Metro Exodus and Borderlands 3. So, that leaves either the RX 5700/5700XT, not sure about where you live, but VEGA64's in my neck of the woods has dropped in price, well below an RX5700, specifically, the GB VEGA64 Gaming OC.

Edit - Not being an AMD fanboy, but lack of Freesync compatibility over HDMI for nVidia cards is a deal breaker since OP's monitor doesn't have DP. I have a GTX1080 hooked up to my 4K TV and I'm happy with its performance.

Ah, I see......I'm in Singapore, I guess the price of GPU's do vary by quite a bit in our countries. I've seen brand new GB VEGA64 Gaming OC selling in the local tech mall for less than 400SGD (considered cheap in Singapore). What's the price difference between the RTX2060 and RX 5700?

Honestly speaking, the RX5700 competes very nicely against the RTX 2060 Super, so it's a given that it'd outperform the vanilla RTX 2060 quite nicely (unless game is specifically optimized for nVidia like certain TWIMTBP titles where the RTX2060 might come close to the RX5700 though not likely). WIth the RTX2060, one can forget about enabling RT for RT games, so I guess it's up to you. RX5700 drivers have improved, but the drivers still need some polishing......that's my only concern with regard to the RX5700.

hmm i feel like you were right, anyway as i guessing personally raytracing is somewhat not a good afterall, basically just improvment on lighting, i think mostly game dev can just adjust or input large scale lighting in development, they were just lazy to do so, it took effort and lot times, but dunno, thats just my though abt it, i dont tly know how raytracing work, also not to menitoned theres just few games which suport rt, i will take your rx5700 over rtx2060 input thx heheh

however new generation gpu comingsoon, its right moment to upgrade gpu now? or should i wait for nvidia7nm/amd rx5500/5600 next gen card

If budget is tight the 5700 by far makes the most sense as long as it's not too close in price to a 2060 super.

This should mostly answer your questions on what to buy. I personally wouldn't wait.

yes i prefer get cheapest card, aslong as it does good perform thx for the input
i considering up tier rather than rx5700/2060 is becouse i found it worth to do upgrade since ut cost just a sightly extra $, for example i acn go for xt with extra $30+ for a cheaper model, its on blower type fan tho, i will think and make sure which card suitable for fullhd high/ultra preset in 75hz:)
i forgot to edit fan type wait

RTX 2070S is faster than the 5700XT, runs cooler, drivers just werk.

5700Xt is slower, but 20% cheaper, has worse drivers and runs hotter.
