My cpu have really high temperatures without any bclk and multiplies changes. 75°C idle is too high for me so what should i do? My cooler is Gelid Siberian CC-Siberian-01.

I would reseat the cooler and be sure thermal paste is enough but not too much. A pea sized dot right in the center of the cpu plate usually does the trick.

Benchmark Scores Meh benchmarks.
You could check if the bios of the mother board is using max voltages allowed for the cpu, i know my ASRock boards do, if remember it was the PLL voltage, although their might be others that can be checked.

Still might want to do what the top post suggests, even moro so if your in the know how

PPl voltage is 1.8v isn't it to high for stock cpu?

cpu temps goes up really fast in like 10seconds from 50C to 98C.

Those voltage's are fine, same as my 2600K {except mine is 1.000 vCore, } still really same VID range for those chips
There's something else wrong as already said, cooler is not making good contact, or fan not ramping up.
Is the Fan Screaming ? It should be running full tilt at those temp's even at idle start up

Also Please fill out your Full "System Specs" so everyone can see everything you are using
Also I did see that some said that cooler did not have thermal paste. I'd guess you did use some TIM when you mounted the cooler .......

Benchmark Scores Faster than yours... I'd bet on it. :)
That cooler looks to perform like and is priced like garbage. Get something better....

That said, it should still be able to keep that CPU cool at stock speeds. Did you take the any plastic off the bottom of the heatsink? Did you apply thermal paste? Remount it and do so properly.

As far as the heatsink on the VRM, those pushpins or screws need to be taken off from the back (look).

Yep, that cooler is literally a garbage as ED above said.

Get Arctic Freezer 33 or Freezer 34 and you'll be fine. Make sure that it fits inside your case.

Yep, coolers junk and was never designed to handle an i7. I don't usually say it, but you might have actually been better off with a stock Intel heatsink than that cooler...

So whats good cooler for that cpu if i want to set bclk higher and lock multiplier to 42 (~3.9Ghz all core). Freezer 34 said Komshija. I can spend ~25$ + good thermal paste(i want to apply it inside my rx 580 as well).
Thanks for help!

You can't really raise the bclk on sandybridge.

Some guys set bclk to 107.5 and cpu multiplier to 42 and cpu was working at 4.2Ghz

Freezer 34 is 20$ in my country. Best budget cooler? If I'm gonna change my cpu to k version it will be still good for my overclocked cpu?

Some guys set bclk to 107.5 and cpu multiplier to 42 and cpu was working at 4.2Ghz

Leaving the bclk at 100 and setting the multiplier to 42 would give you 4.2GHz.

Future 2600k? Why? Save for a modern platform...no point in going 2600k now on such an outdated platform IMO.

When I first looked at the cooler online, I thought it had a copper base. The picture was very deceiving. Then watched the little video and caught it was all aluminum.

Not sure your budget, but anything that has copper base and some heat pipes will do much much better.

This picture from their site!! Does it not look like copper base???!!!!
