This is probably because it's an older card and therefore is only compatible with a Legacy Motherboard Bios, most recent Windows Operating systems default to UEFI in the bios, you may find the easiest way is to disable Ultrafast boot and enable csm in your motherboards bios but do some research first as there are downsides too, there is plenty out there, start by reading here...…………...

I had similar issues way back when I flashed an old AMD R9 280X, in effect I lost the UEFI interface for my motherboard as it defaulted to Legacy, still worked but not as pretty.

It would help if you listed your key components, especially Motherboard, CPU and Windows OS.

Research is the key, I found those links in 30 seconds, good luck.

I'm not very good at these things, I don't know what to look for and what to do.

Well you could start by answering my question about your components, then if you are happy for your motherboard Bios to revert to legacy mode rather than UEFI go into it and disable Fast Boot, enable CSM (Legacy) and then try the Bios flash again, report back what it says.

Without knowing your components it's difficult for anyone to help further, and in any case, we can't do it for you, you will need to look in your Motherboards Bios at startup, usually by hitting the delete key...… can I ask why you want to flash your card?

Read your motherboard manual and enable CSM/Legacy or buy a new card

This is the only bios that matches your specs by video ports, ram tables and has uefi support, it is 1124/1250 though.

It is a MSI bios but as above it should work. If you want it at SC 1202MHz, just use MSI afterburner/RivaTuner
