Issues with Sapphire Pulse RX5600 XT

I just bought a new Sapphire Pulse RX 5600 XT on newegg, and so far it has been very troublesome.
As soon as I installed it and turned the PC on, it has been blasting its fans extremely loudly, likely at 100%. I have installed the new Radeon Adrenalin drivers, and tried tuning the fans with it, but no matter what I set the fan power level to, the fans on the gpu do not change at all. I've also installed the Trixx 3.0 program, but there is no way to program the fans on that app.
I have uploaded the gpu-z stats.
What should i do?

Try other driver,fan speed issues on amd are driver related

check to make sure temps are somewhat normal, if so, start the RMA process.

Did you realy installed new driver?
The GPU-Z screen should be filled with information when drived is installed. Yours look empty.

update your GPU-Z.

Try using DDU to clear out any previous GPU drivers, uninstall sapphire trix and then reinstall AMD drivers. For me the trix can cause the radeon software to go all funny with the read outs.
If you're confident enough you could try flashing a newer BIOS for the pulse if its available and see if it resolve the fan control, if the above didn't work and you don't fancy trying BIOS flash then RMA the card and get a replacement.

Factory reset works just as good as ddu in most cases.

Here are the updated GPU-Z stats, as you can see the fan runs at 942rpm even with 25 degrees and 0 GPU load.

Factory faulty card, return it and store should replace it with new unit which must have no such problem.

That sucks, I fried a Mother Board installing my 5700 because of it's length I
pushed down to hard to seat it. Lucky I got it RMA'ed and now my system is pretty stout.

OP is talking about the fans on their GPU, not a case fan.

had to same problem with my vega when i first got it. bad shipping bios.. probably should rma/replace it if you can't find one to flash on it.
