Its impossible to make "manufacturer warranty" without retailer in the middle. Anyways thanks @eidairaman1 your bioses seems to work.

There are others that work for that card under unverified listing even and are labled for your specific sku.

Now enjoy the card, later id change the gpu die thermal paste and dust the heatsink with air and a toothbrust, clean the fans possibly add sewing oil to the bearings

What is your experience with Sapphire Support like ? I asked them for vbios with a reason of mine beeing modified they told me to send them my previous vbios for verification and im still waiting for response. Current vbios i have is the one from previous page and it seems to be working quite well but i want to be 100% sure that i have the right thing for my card. Do you wait 1-2 days or longer usually for a response ? I thought it should be instant not above 2 days...

If its working good its working good.

In my experience a response in 1-2 days is good, 3-4 days is OK, I get "twitchy" after 5, maybe my experiences are good or bad I don't know but in probably 20 instances of Warranty over the last 15 years I have had maybe only 3 responses within 24 hours with most of the major GPU/Motherboard/PSU manufacturers and in there I include Sapphire.

First i wrote to them 14/02 and on 15/02 i had response from them saying that i should send them my bios for verification i did this and asked for original files . Since then it is 18/2 no response and its annoying because i want to be 100% sure i have the right vbios and case would be closed im not sure what takes so long.

I would guess that you are waiting because it's moved now to a department or section that actually has to check the Bios as opposed to just making the initial contact. You have said the card is fine and working, I understand you want verification, I am sure you will get it soon.

Ye my point of sharing this here as a complain in a case which is not dependent to you is a sign of frustration because i actually want this case to be solved and waiting is annoying asf . This forum is actually a place for vbios talk so i share opion as how support in given company is working in case of sapphire response time i think Asus was faster in that regard max 1-2 days. All problems comes from either retailer or previous manufacturer because after "manufacturer warranty" you get used card with mining vbios . It would be nice if more people share how's their exceperience with given company it would then help people choose brand that is least problematic and fastest.

Next time buy a brand new card.

Now enjoy the card and if you upgrade at any point buy brand new so you don't have to go through bios flashing troubles or faulty cards
