Laptop MSI GT76 Titan DT 9SG - graphic card drops fps

Hi, I have this computer for a few months. It had been a while since I played video games and this week with the quarantine I decided to play again. Playing world of tanks I noticed that my computer started to drop fps from 200+ to 30 fps all the time. I Reinstalled the drivers, I put the video card in adaptive, the computer was already in high performance in its power management but the problem persist. I installed MSI Afterburner to get more information and note that the video card at the moment of losing fps, drops from almost 2000 mhz to 300 mhz. I also noticed that at that time sometimes the screen darkens a bit for a moment.
Even I completely reinstalled Windows but the problem persists. I do not know what else to do.
Any suggestion?

I will attach a log from GPU-Z that I did when I was playing.

You're not the only 1 having throttling issues.

Do not tell them you reinstalled the OS either, just tell them the problem you are having

Is the integrated graphics card activated on this model. I know on the GT75, with i9 9880hk and 2080, it isnt.
