Hold your horses you don't recommend a X570 board and then a Samsung 970 Pro or EVO Plus drive they are both PCI-E x4 Gen3

I recommend x570 not because it has PCIe4 but it would be a good solution to upgrade the CPU later on. With the PCIe4 NVME sure but there isn't much difference in performance (gaming and web browsing like OP's going to do with it) and I'd rather wait for more products and better availability but that is just me.

There is performance different installing applications, games and etc. if there wasn't we wouldn't see the big jump from Gen3 to Gen4.

In reality I am using a SATA SSD myself because it's plenty fast and it only gives you a loading benefit of the games nothing else when the game is fully loaded.

I'm not so sure you are correct with the performance when you look at the difference between gen3 and gen4. The performance difference is very small. The heat the new gen4 drives generate is quite high and you would need some extreme heat-sinks to keep it cool. Is it a good purchase today? Not really.

I am talking raw speed read/write.

But in reality even a SATA based SSD will do everything just fine on a SATA 6.0Gb/s controller.

Personally if I had the money I wouldn't mind changing my 500GB NVME and 1 TB SATA out with a 4TB SATA SSD.

Comparing B450 and X570.
・Motherboard perfection.
・Gen3 or Gen4.
These two are very different.
Among AMD motherboards, a good trend began with the B450 in terms of functionality and durability. When overclocking alone, it seems that X570 with high perfection is good. However, considering the replacement due to failure, the B450 is cheaper.
I think this is a personal preference.

When using B450 for Ryzen3000 series CPU, precautions are necessary
①BIOS update is required
②Heat of VRAM and m.2 SSD
③Function limitation due to BIOS update.
Steps ①～③ should be checked carefully.

Also, MicroATX is less durable than ATX. Resistant to heavy loads, ASUS Tuf series or ASRock Taichi has simple, minimal parts and powerful parts. This is because if the number of parts is reduced, it becomes difficult to break down. But these are not unbreakable guarantees.

Good point! Thank you for pointing that out! Overclock was interpreted as a little play. Therefore, we prioritized the durability that is excellent for daily loads.

Here are some verifications that have been determined to withstand daily loads. According to verification experts. Performing a daily delivery test with a high load setting breaks in two weeks. But Tuf and Taichi are still able to withstand heavy loads. It is still working now. In this verification, abnormalities usually occur around the RAM. Eventually it will break completely.
