After building my new pc, I was able to get into the windows user screen. But I couldn't connect any usb device.
I tried flashing a new Bios and removed SSD and HDD. I'm unable to connect USB and it won't show anything.
Please help me, Its my first build and I'm scared that I've fucked up.

Might seem obvious, but have you checked USB cables for front ports are connected to the Motherboard?
Do any rear USB ports work?
Are Chipset drivers installed?

Windows 7 don't have native USB 3 drivers and that's why your devices don't work. You going to need inject drivers somehow, or upgrade to Windows 10. If you have PS2 port, use it to install drivers, or use remote desktop if enabled.

But it also has USB 2.0, can I use those?

Check the Motherboard Manufacturers site, they should have USB drivers in their download section for that board.

Has to be a fat32 format for USB and use the windows media creator. Then use the Black USB port

Those are "USB 2 compatible" ports. The controller itself is USB 3 and Windows 7 doesn't have the driver for it, and that's why it's not working.

You'll need to find a way to install the USB 3 drivers without using USB devices... like this:

* PS/2 keyboard if there's a PS/2 port.
* Remote desktop if enabled and networking works.
* Create Windows 7 media with slipstreamed USB 3 drivers with this utility and perform repair installation.
* Install USB 2 PCIe add-on card.
* Perform upgrade to Windows 10, I think it's still free, and will let you keep your files.

Im Sorry, I dont know what this means.
EDIT: After writing all this I see your saying your keyboard and mouse doesn't work. Pull the board out of the case and test it. You probably shorted the USB somehow

If you can get to the BIOS and your keyboard works then disregard that^

So you connected a harddrive from another PC with windows 7 on it. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't! SO back to basics
Pull all the drives out
Does it POST when you push F2 or DEL? and boot?
If yes, get a usb flash drive and on another PC connect to the internet and download the windows media creator for Windows 10 making a windows install
Install one drive for the OS
If successful, install it. It will install without a license but you will know then what the problem is
Now there are some other options if you have a windows 7 media and use a DVD drive

The USB Fat32 issue I was referring to is some people change the format of a flash drive so they can load big videos on them'
Then you transfer a new BIOS to it and try to flash your board and guess what? Your PC with no system or driver can only read FAT32
Format it to fat32, not NTSF or EXFAT

If your are not sure what something means google it
If you want anymore help then list all the parts you are working on by model

you need to go into the bios and see if there is a " legacy usb" setting in advance options and it's enabled

OP moved existing installation of Windows 7 from old PC to a new one with USB 3.

Windows 7 doesn't have native USB 3 support and requires 3rd party driver, he can't do that because keyboard/mouse not working.

If the Media Creation Tool doesn't work, try Rufus to create an ISO disc.
I've had problems with the creation tool previously not working for me.

Yes, I used the website, downloaded it in a stick, plugged it in my pc and started it. I have waited about 40min and so far nothing did happen.

You need to go to the BIOS, change the boot order make the USB first, save and exit, and when the PC starts, you should see "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD".

Plug a USB keyboard to the rear port and then enter the BIOS. If the keyboard doesn't work there, something is wrong with the motherboard.
