What you need.

I used Optix (an acrylic sheet) it cuts very easy and 3M Super weatherstrip adhesive, works like superglue. To cut the hole in the side panel i used a hand held wheel grinder. Oh and thanks for the D, it brings back memories.

i heard ull have to put a u channel through around the window u cut , and would adhesive be better than nuts and bolts , since ive been thinking to use nuts and bolts to hold my plexi in place

Adhesive is easier, nuts and bolts just have a little more work involved, but its all in what you like. With n & b's you could change the plexi to a new design alot easier though. Let me know what you decide

I voted 8/10 because:

I really like the fact that you cut your own window. Looks good. Get some damn H2O cooling on it. ;-) And invest in some zip ties and some round cables. Nicely done! 8/10 from me.

CM5 FTW!

Well done with your 1st build..I've got the same case as you :D and I've been doing some modding on it.

To improve - tidy up the cables a bit better.
