Hello everyone, in these last days I turned my PC back on after 4 months without using it, I clarify that the PC used to work perfectly.

Without starting Windows I connect a USB flash memory since I wanted to format my windows, when formatting I get error 43 in the device manager, I tried many things like downloading different AMD drivers, I also tried to change the BIOS because I have the BIOS switch, I did it without fear, I tried many BIOSes of different brands, but mainly the BIOS that this page recommends ...
Bios1: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191961/sapphire-rx580-4096-170308
Bios2: https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191775/sapphire-rx580-4096-170323

But there was no solution either, I tried with windows7 and it didn't work either.
I was thinking that it could be a physical problem, but I don't think since the time my pc was stored was in a safe place.

@eidairaman1 I found you on various threads and saw that you know a lot about video cards, I hope you can help me solve my problem.
I await your responses!

I am attaching images that may be helpful.
(Sorry for my English, I'm from Argentina)

See this thread to learn how to recover from a bad video BIOS flash.

Uninstall all display drivers and then perform a cleanup with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from safe mode.

Take the PC outside, open the case, and remove all the dust with air blower or hair dryer with a cold setting.

Remove the graphics card and blow some air in the x16 PCI express slot.

Carefully remove the heatsink from the graphics card and clean the fans with a toothbrush.

Clean the graphic cards with isopropyl alcohol and cotton swabs. Especially the GPU area and PCIe pins.

When you're done, reapply thermal paste on the GPU, remount the heatsink, plug it back in.

Download and install the latest drivers from AMD's website.

If the graphics card still doesn't work, check if it's under warranty, if it is, just RMA it.

If warranty expired, consider sending it to graphics cards repair lab, if there isn't any in your area, you can try the oven trick as the last resort.

Yes and that means people should stop flashing the WRONG bios, and stop buying FAKE cards with GTS 450. Thank you.

Error 43 is a result of another problem. The BIOSes you flashed were the right ones.

Performance:

Silent:

Try the other tips I gave you.

I tried all the methods you told me, I would stay the one to bake the graphics card since it is out of warranty, but I don't know whether to do it since the card gives video and I don't think it's a physical error, but if there is no other method I will to have to do

I just baked the graphics card, for 7 minutes at 385 ° F and then I put it back together again and I thought that it would not work but it started perfectly, but the error code 43 continues to appear :(
For me it must be an error of the windows updates or something like that ..

If you suspect the OS is to blame, you can try a live CD of Linux.
