Memory Management BSOD even after new RAM and SSD

Hello everyone, I've been having a persistent issue in which I randomly get memory management blue screens. I kept getting this BSOD with my 4 year old Corsair Vengeance DDR4 so I swapped it out to new G.SKILL Trident Z thinking that would resolve the issue but it hasn't. I even changed my SSD to a new Samsung 860 EVO and reinstalled Windows fully but I'm still receiving the error. I just grabbed the dump file from a crash that happened about 20 minutes ago which I will post. I believe I have a faulty memory controller on this CPU as it happens at intermittent times but I wanted some other opinions. The bugcheck you posted is WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT according to Nirsoft's BlueScreenView, which has f**k-all to do with memory. Why exactly do you think this is a memory problem?

I've already updated them. When I checked the dump file with BlueScreenView it said that the dumpfile had a bugcheck code of 0x0000001a which is named MEMORY_MANAGEMENT. Plus my computer literally says "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT" when it bluescreens so I'm not sure how that is a WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT. I think you analyzed a different file.

Bug Check 0x19C WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT - Windows drivers

The WIN32K_POWER_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT bug check has a value of 0x0000019C. This indicates that Win32k did not turn the monitor on in a timely manner.

I appreciate the reply but where did you get Win32K power watchdog timeout? The drive link I posted downloads my dump file which shows it to be a memory management bluescreen.

The BSOD DUMP file you uploaded is clearly related to memory and/or integrated memory controller (IMC).

Make sure your motherboard BIOS is updated to the latest version.

I take it you're using the XMP profile. Try to boost voltages for the DDR and IMC (may have a different name in the BIOS) by 0.05v.

If you haven't done it by now, try to reseat the CPU.

Use MemTest64 / Linpack Xtreme / HCI MemTest (one instance per thread) to stress test the memory modules.

Use Prime95 v26.6 with custom run of 512K to 1024K with 80% of your RAM to stress test the IMC. You can also run FurMark at the background in 720p for extra stress on the bus.

Last but not least, I see you're using Corsair RM85Oi power supply. Recent Corsair PSUs are known to perform badly and tend to fail quickly. If the PSU's 3.3v rail is unstable, this can affect memory stability.

Thank you for the very in-depth response. I just updated the BIOS last night after that recent dump and I have tested these new modules with no errors in Memtest but I'll try test them again soon. I will do the Prime95 test as you suggested and I will reseat the CPU when I have some free time and spare thermal paste. I'll look into bumping the voltages as well. I did have the older Corsair RM power supply which I bought shortly after it first came out and that did end up dying on me within two years so I wouldn't doubt if this new one is having similar issues.

MemTest86 is good for scanning the memory chips for defects but isn't good as a stress test.

yeah I already did all of that, the RAM and my SSD are brand new but I already did a memtest on the RAM and it came back fine. I recently reset the BIOS and then just updated it last night.

My partners Laptop was doing similar with daily bluescreen crashes showing memory management mostly, but it varied, I changed her NVMe drive and it has stopped for now, odd thing is her "old" NVMe drive shows as 95% health.
I'm crossing my fingers it continues to run well for her.
Because you have already tried new Ram and an SSD, see if you can borrow another CPU if you don't have a spare to test with.
