Hi,
i have not usual configuration. I have two ssd disks both on two seperate pcie adapters and only one disk is visible in bios and windows. I tried everything in bios, but without luck.
Any suggestions ? I have no problem with detecting both disks on windows on my second motherboard, old 1150 HP Z230 (with clover uefi on usb to be possible boot from pcie ssd)

Can you put up some pics of your bios settings?

what exactly you are interested in ? full bios overview can be found here
I can't find anything in bios that can be directly responsible for detecting pci-e ssd disks. I tried to change some settings that could indirectly affect detection. I also tried default settings.
On this mainboard there are 4 pcie slots 2x pciex16 and 2xpciex1
When i put first ssd disk to pciex1, it is visible, but when i add second disk to the pciex16, then first disk disapear and bios detect only second disc in pciex16
I tend to belive that this mainboard just somehow doesn't support what i trie to do.

One more thing, my Z230 mainboard, doesn't even see any of two ssd disks pluged to pcie ports. But it doesn't stop me to run it with help of clover on usb and both ssd disk are visible on windows without any problem. I tried also to run clover from usb on asus mainboard, but it doesn't help to.

Found this on your motherboard's product page: "*1: When PCIE x16_2 is occupied by x4 or faster devices, PCIE x1_1 and PCIE x1_2 will be disabled." That would probably explain why the SSD in the x1 slot disappears after slotting the second one into the x16 slot

Yes this is it - problem solved, but this is disappointing... and apologies for not checking this obvious thing on manual. Thank you for help.
