Well, seeing as how it'll be the first thing upgraded in my system, I'm looking for some options . . .
I'll be keeping the P4 until I can afford a Core 2 or otherwise, so I'm looking for a mobo that will support the FSB rating of the Core 2's, but one that I can continue to use my P4 for the time being . . .
I'd like support for upto 4GB RAM, has excellent hardware monitoring capabilities, and a versatile BIOS that I can adjust settings with, and not mATX architecture. . .
Preferably at least 2 PCIe x16 slots as I will be planning on crossfire in the distant future
trying to keep my budget between $150 and $250, but I might be willing to consider a more expensive board - will also be getting a better CPU cooler, too - so feel free to throw some LGA775 recommendations there also, maybe even a cooler that will work with a future liquid cooling system (when I do that upgrade later, later on).
