When i do bench mark its shows that my GPU is power limte and voltage limit

I attach all photo for throtelstop
The undervolting is stable with games
I reach 79 for 6 hours playing and more

maybe my undervolting is wrong need ur help guys

None of the screenshots you posted show GPU throttling. What monitoring program is showing this? It is normal for your Nvidia GPU to slow down when you are on the desktop.

Turn on the ThrottleStop Log File option and in the Options window, turn on Nvidia GPU monitoring. This will keep track of your GPU speed while gaming so you can see if you have a significant problem or not.

Limiting your CPU to 79°C also limits its performance. Gaming laptops with the 9750H generally run at over 90°C. They are designed to handle these temperatures. It is OK to slow your CPU down but you really do not have to.

i checked and i have no eror shows on log files ...
while iam playing cod for 15 min i think but if i played for 5 hours
i get PL1
any way to increasing the performs without having any error log ?

can i set like all cores 40 and without having PL1 ?

Why would you want to disable turbo and make your CPU run slow?

Where is your log file? You cannot decide what to do if you do not know how big a problem you have. Is the GPU slowing down 100 MHz or is it slowing down 1000 MHz?

When your CPU is loaded, it is using the 34 multiplier for the entire log file and running at only 70°C to 75°C. It is running exactly as you have requested. There is no CPU throttling in the log file. EDP OTHER after you close the game in yellow is OK. During the game, the CPU speed is consistent.

There are times in your log file when the GPU goes from 1770 MHz down to 885 MHz. Temperatures are OK so I am not sure why this is happening. Are you seeing lower GPU MHz on screen when GPU LIM POWER lights up? HP might have set a very low power limit for your GPU.

Run a GPU-Z log file. This might show you if your GPU is hitting a built in power limit when it is forced to slow down. It is not hitting a temperature limit.

i should open it before i play games , or its work at backgrounds
and after that i see the log ?

i have one more quastion ,
now with all cores 3.7. 3800 mhz
when i played warzone its push 100-120 frame
With low and medium setting

lets say i set all core to 4,2 or any number above 3.7 may i got more fps to push ?
But for sure my temp will be more than before

You will have to test your laptop. Some games do not change the FPS very much even when there are big changes in CPU MHz. For some games, 3500 MHz or 4000 MHz or 4200 MHz will not make a big change in FPS if the game is limited by the GPU. Only a more powerful GPU will give you more FPS.

You checked that in the NVidia control panel the power management mode is selected for maximum performance.
and you still need to control the processor load

90w (using performance mode omen command center) is the power limit for the rtx 2070 max-q in that laptop model. that is regardless of the NVCP option "maximum performance" or "optimal power", leave at optimal.

edit: that means that hwinfo64 or gpu-z will always report that the gpu is limited by power. There's absolutely nothing to do there by software. The guys at notebookreview do shunt mods and other really advanced stuff to raise the power limit, but as I said, it's really advanced stuff. the safe route to get some performance is to run OC Scanner with MSI afterburner to get some clocks. And don't overclock the memory because the power is shared between the GPU core and the memory, doing so will result in lower clocks where is more important (the gpu core)
