mx 150 bios unkown

anyone has bios for lenovo ideapad 520 pad 15ikb 81bf mx 150 (4gb)
while playing i got bsod after restarting i had verylow fps then i noticed nvidia control panel wasn't there and even after re installing driver i opened gpu z and it says bios unkown i had overclocked it a bit the temp were 80-85c have i broken it?

On a small laptop like this the VBIOS is embedded in the main BIOS

Does anything change if you switch between the NVIDIA and Intel GPU and back using the pulldown menu?
Or does sth. change if you hit the refresh button?

Also check if:
device manager->graphics cards->properties of NVIDIA GPU->details->installation status = 00000000

I updated the bios
Nothing changes except the bus interface sometimes it's x4.1.1 and sometimes 4.3.0
Install status is 00000000

Theoretically it should mean zero errors in installation.

Try different driver branches R440/R450/R455
Do a clean install, if necessary with DDU

Otherwise double-check with GPU Caps Viewer

mx 150 is not even shown in gpu caps viewer
device manager now gives an error windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems error 43 and i ran lenovo diagnostic

Heat may have borked the GPU, they have a lower threshold than a CPU.
If updating the motherboards Bios doesn't help, try updating Chipset drivers but I'd say it is a Hardware failure and dead.

the gpu worked alone all of a sudden but now whenever i start a game i get bsod

If you still use the antiquated NVIDIA driver from Lenovo support page, try a new one; eg today's hotfix

Did you already receive Windows 20H2 today? If not recheck afterwards.
A major Windows update might or might not fix issues...
