Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I need your help
My PC configuration:
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700, works at 3750 mHz (autoOCed)
Cooler: Scythe Mugen 5 Rev. B
MoBo: ASUS ROG Strix B350-F Gaming
RAM: Geil EVO X Black 8x2gb GEX416GB3200C16DC (its DOCP profile says 3200 mHz and 16-18-18-36-18 timings, but it worked stable for 2 years on 3000 mHz, for some reason on 3200 mHz videocard is not getting detected).
PS: Cougar VTE 600 (bronze 80)
Storages: HDD WD (1 Tb) 7200, SSD Samsung EVO 860 (500 Gb), SiliconPower P34A80 NVMe M.2 (1 Tb)
Videocard: ASUS AREZ 580 8Gb, not overclocked.
OS: Windows 10 2004.
So my main task is working in Cubase 10 and sometimes gaming.
Problem:
So, at some point (April) I've bought videocard RX 5500 XT, because my sh*tty old Radeon 6450 died. RX 5500 XT was buggy hell of a mess with greenscreens/crashes and with it Doom 2016's FPS was dropping to 17-18 so frequently. I've got much smoother performance with Radeon Anti-Lag's and some other options turned off, those crashes just went away, but FPS counter was dropping so badly and videocard began to emit some mechanical metal noises from fans so I decided to replace it.
So I've bought ASUS AREZ 580 8Gb instead and I was very happy for maybe 3 months, running Doom Eternal, Doom 2016, StarCraft II and etc.
But now sometimes screen goes completely black while audio persists. For some strange reason, that always happens when games are not launched and 95% times when I'm just browsing in Firefox. I used to restart my computer after it, thinking that this is a problem of RAM/PS/MoBo because there was no info on BSODs in Event Viewer and no info from BlueScreenView as well. So I've tried getting everything in just stock frequencies (CPU and RAM, videocard wasn't overclocked), everything was quiet smooth for maybe a week and then BAM! - no image on monitor again. Videocard is getting through test with 1 hour of Furmark's hairy donut with no errors/crashes and whole configuration just passes OCCT full power test for hour, which makes me think that this problem is not PSU related. I've played Doom Eternal on Ultras for weeks and AFAIR there was not a single time when black screen happened while playing so I cannot see that this is related to games somehow.
Today I've finally got the error code for the first time (after screen going black I just waited for maybe 2 minutes - there is a BSOD finally) - 0x116, which is videocard's problem. Minidump is in the attachment.
What should I do? I've updated a videocard's driver today to a fresh one and turned off Firefox's hardware acceleration, no BSODs yet but it's just not enough time to say if everything's okay now since this problem happens maybe once in three days or even weeks.
Thank you in advance And please don't judge me because of my English, my first one is Russian.
