Look at the manual, count the fan headers, and if that's not enough get a fan controller, splitter, or adapters to run more.

It looks like you have only 2 fan headers, both 4 pin, it says so in the boards spec under "Internal I/O".

How are you gonna connect three fans to two headers? That's not how math works unless you are using a splitter. You can get 4-lin splitters anywhere for cheap and if you need more, should just get a fan controller if your case supports it.

CPU_FAN header along the top, CHA_FAN header on the left. I would look into splitters like the others have suggested because it's likely you're going to want more than just a single exhaust fan

Cases can also come with fan hubs. Something to ponder if you haven't already selected a chassis.

in my old computer I have 4 fans - 1cpu and 3 cases how it possible?
and I got mainboard h140m plus/
some pictures

as you see I don't use ch fans and all working

Because there's an adapter in there that you amazingly never mentioned. We can't help when you don't tell us everything.

Not sure why you took a picture of the front I/O but okay.

You have two headers open, so to answer your question you can add two fans.
