Look at the timings.
Anything with 14-14-14 or 15-15-15 or 16-16-16 will be top tier Samsung B-Die ICs and will cost a LOT more.
The 16-18-18 / 16-19-19 3200 and 3600 kits are going to be Hynix or Micron or low binned Samsung B-Die.
The QVL for your MB lists the Chip maker for each kit:

When i look for ram i see only the first cl16 they don’t advertise more than that

Reviews, at least good ones. Also, Google "DDR4 IC list" , you will find sites that use members input as to the model of the kit, revision if Corsair, and the ICs it uses.

3200 is fine. 3600 is slightly better is all.

I cant find a list, can you link me one ?

Aside from the link I did offer @NoJuan999 put you on the right path with looking out for the first 3 timings when looking at products at Amazon. I saw some affordable kits, but those either use low grade Samsung or other ICs as timings do not match.

AMD systems do seem to have less issues for the masses selecting high quality Samsung B-die.

Just FYI,
I have a 3600 G.Skill kit with Hynix DJC ICs and they work great for me up to 3733, but that's as far as they go with my MB/CPU.
And my 2nd PC has a G.Skill 3200 kit that uses low binned Samsung ICs and they top out at 3400 on that MB.
(look at my specs and Signature to see what Exact kits/MBs/CPUs I have).

With a price limit of $75, I seriously doubt you will find a 16 GB kit that works on your MB/CPU and has Samsung top tier ICs.

He is looking for a 3600 C16 kit that will work on his rig for $75 or less.
From what I can find he may have to settle for a C16 3200 kit to stay under his $75 limit.

Yeah those are likely e-die or micron/ hynix with loose timings like that
Typically b-die would be 16-16-16-36 timings
That trident-z was only 120.us

I am going to buy 2 sets of this its supposed to work according to QVL

But i have heard that 4 dims on zen 3 ryzen get you more fps then 2 dims so thats why i think of getting 4 dims i saw this data on youtube channel that the guy looks like jesus.
And also that is on my 75 dollar cap so i can order 2 without paying tax

And as far as I know the difference between 4 sticks and 2 sticks isn't enough to matter in most cases.
Are you really going to notice a 1-3 FPS difference (and in many games there is Zero difference) ?
But running 4 sticks is definitely harder on the Memory controller which is why it sometimes will have to be run at a lower frequency.

thank you for all your help, i appreciate every comment.
took me like 2 weeks to get the 5600x and rtx 3070 because of all the scalpers using bots.
i never thought that ram could be so complicated with ryzen cpu.
