Does price matter if it's B-die or not?

According to B-Die Finder they are B-die
P.s Database updated early January 2021, that said i would go for it

It's 3600 14-15-15 1.5V...you don't need to ask some B-die finder website. It's 100% B-die because there doesn't exist another IC that can do this...period.

Whether this is worth it to you for $400 is a different question altogether. You won't be really making full use of a kit like that with a 3700X, whether through 1:1 performance or desync high freq benching - or at least something that can't be done with a cheaper B-die kit.

It won’t be long I’m going to get this one. The last one I was about to purchase it and it sold out and Gskill said they may not never stock that one anymore. I’m guess they replacing it with something else. It was a 16 16 16 36 kit. Which said it was bdie and some said it was not bdie. The kit I really wanted was $289. I waited to long o well going to get this kit here soon.

If you see 3200 14-14-14 or 3600 16-16-16 it's 100% B-die. 3200 16-16-16 could be Samsung D or E, but those two dies you will never find in a 2x16GB kit because it's physically not possible, and those 2 are dinosaurs at this point that are most likely not available for sale anymore.

You have to realize that Amazon and Newegg reviews are all lumped together from all the products you can possibly get from that one webpage. For G.skill, one Trident Z product page on Newegg contains options for all sorts of different speeds, colors and timings.

Well someone said the kit I want is bdie. It has timings of 14 16 16 35. Which is really good timing. I really appreciate everyone letting me know that the one I want is b-die. This kit is little odd casL is 14. I’m guess that’s really really good. With the price on this kit I don’t see it being any kind of other die but BDie.

So u r pretty sure the 14 15 15 35 is B-Die?

I thought the one you linked was the one you wanted? It's 14-15-15 at 1.45V. I've never heard of a 14-16-16 kit before.

Yeah, there's literally nothing else that it can be...Samsung doesn't have another 8Gb IC that does this, Hynix can't dream of tRCD and tRP so low, Micron can't get tRCD that low, and Nanya is garbage.

No the one I wanted was 16 16 16 36. But they sold and according to Gskill they r not going to get that one back in stock anymore. But yeah the 14 15 15 35 at 1.45 volts is the one I was really wondering about the B-Die. It’s just so expensive. But going to get it soon before they sale out r take it off the list. I know this particular one is not on my QVL. I think this should still work even though it not on the QVL.

Thanks for confirming that the kit is B-Die. So with the timings that low that’s how u can tell it’s B-Die?

You need to shop around for cheaper sticks, even though it's B-die is insanely priced.
You can do MUCH better for the money.

I didn’t think of it till not to long ago. When I went shopping for memory and seen all those confusing comments on Newegg. At least I know those r bdie and now I can purchase them.

Those are definitely b-dies. However the timings can usually be achieved by the standard 3600/16-16-16-16 kit which is a bit cheaper. I've got the 3600/16-16-16-16 running tighter timings than the set you are looking at. The difference though is that the set you are looking at have been specifically binned for that speed so those ic's should be slightly higher ql. I don't know if it's worth it right now since dram prices are really high atm.

I do plan to upgrade later and get a Ryzen 5000 CPU, i am pretty sure but not really sure this ram will be compatible with that cpu, but it maybe, so i am kinda like future upgrading the ram so to speak..

One more question i have is just because a ram kit is not on my QVL list does not mean it will NOT work right? because this kit is not on my QVL but it says its designed to work with ryzen 3000 cpu's and optimized to work with X570 boards? F4-3600C14Q-32GTZNB.This kit is on my QVL but no longer available F4-3600C16Q-32GTZN and they are pretty much the same except tighter timings and higher volts, please help i dont want to risk anything if its not on my QVL...
