Hi.
I bought a 5700 xt thicklll graphics card. Unfortunately, it seems that the program or BIOS has been tampered with before. If you open the furmark, it will crash even with low settings.when i click on restart black screen but no restart pc.(i update driver but problem is grow)i used ddu and install 19.11.1 driver but have problem.

First of all furmark is stressful and abusive to graphic cards and I would avoid using it. That does not mean that a card should crash on it. If you bought it used its probably memory tuned for mining. Or something went wrong with the card altogether and previous owner just sold it to make some cash.
Try to run a more normal benchmark like UnigineHeaven 4.0 and use HWiNFO (sensors mode) to observe the operating condition of the card, like speeds, voltages, temps, power limits and everything else.

And what exactly is that PSU? Is green it’s brand or model?

I bought 8 of these cards. Everyone works fine except for one number. Mining software may have a problem with this. Please advise how I can flash this card with a programmer or what software.green is brand in iran.

my suggestions:

~delete furmark.
~peel off that weird plastic wrapping
~make sure youre using a PCIe cable for EACH pcie plug outlet on the GPU, no daisy chain (so its 1 plug on the GPU running to 1 plug on the PSU, and the other GPU plug, running to another PSU plug)
~do normal stuff like gaming, or web browsing, does the card work? if so, leave it be & enjoy it.
~if normal stuff (no stress tests or benchmarks) does cause problems, you may be SOL
~if the above is true, id suggest a new PSU, or GPU. (sadly)
~before any replacing, if possible, try and test with other similar Hardware
