Some of the spots are holed, while rest are solid and non-perforated. What's the point of this kind of honeycomb design? It's just ugly and kind of breaks the point of the perforated grill against sweating hands. $80 is high too. I'm skipping this one.

How often do you replace those?

Personally i only need to change the battery (one) in about 3 months and it takes less than 30 seconds - much less hassle than dealing with a cable daily. And since i use Lithium it's also lighter and longer lasting than standard Alkaline. Obviously it's heavier than what a corded version would be. Logitech G604 here.

Currently on it, but I've found a firmware issue Ducky are in the process of fixing, so it's on hold for now.

Most wireless gaming mice are going to be using integrated batteries that don't need to be replaced. Of the wireless mice that do use disposable battery, like the G305 and Orochi V2, you are looking at a month of play time on a single battery at 1,000 Hz polling. That's certainly not what I'd call constant. You can get a G305 at $40 nowadays so quality wireless gaming mice are certainly affordable.

The problem with integrated batteries is that they degrade over time, are not replaceable (without ruining the mouse or having good skills) and require charging very often - during wich time the mouse is no longer wireless. Kind of defeats the purpose. Replaceable battery powered wireless mice are better and can be 24/7 wireless for up to 3 months at 1000Hz if using high end Lithium powered batteries that last longer and weigh less.
