In destiny 2 the error code is BROCCOLI but in other games simply crashes and give no error

BROCCOLI errors indicate there has been an issue detecting the player's GPU and are commonly caused by a driver crash. To attempt to mitigate this error, players should always ensure that their Operating System and Graphic Drivers are up-to-date with the latest version.

As you already have installed the latest nvidia driver I'd recommend to post the issue here:

Or perhaps try a previous driver.

Is your GPU overclocked? What system and driver version are you on? Does every game crash at startup?

The in-game temperature is within reason, but I'm surprised that in Kombustor the GPU doesn't start throttling to prevent overheating. Or perhaps it's throttling already and the cooler isn't up to snuff. What is your specific card model?

Anyway, I've done some digging and neither the support section for Destiny 2 nor the release notes for the latest driver mention a problem similar to yours. I'd suggest reverting to an older driver to see whether the symptoms persist.

The Direct CU II was one of the best stock coolers back then, it shouldn't have a problem keeping the temps in check. Perhaps the GPU starts overheating after some time, leading to a crash? One of the fans failing?
What is your GPU fan rpm when gaming? Could you also visually check whether both fans are spinning at roughly the same speed in a game?
