OC diff Intel K & KF series - 11th gen?

As per the title, I'm curious as to the potential differences when overclocking with either a cpu with the igp or not?
Like does the igp get in the way of OC potential or not? I'm also referring to a manual OC not the turbo tuning.
Especially interested in the i7 range but are open to the i5 as well.

they are all in the same margin of voltage/frequency.

you can buy 100 K and 100 KF Chips and the average is the same.

Got a 9900K that overclocked worse than my KF but my 10900K overclocks better than my KF..

Also had a 9700K that overclocked slightly better than a KF.

And that is quite obvious the iGPU adds heat unless disabled. We all know heat is bad, so unless you ACTUALLY need the iGPU, the KF would be fine.

You can disable the igu with intel? I didn't know that.

Most cases it'll disable itself if not having a display connected to it. Been like that for years. Even my old first generation i7's do that.

I'll soon find out no doubt, got the K version ordered already. I have a 1st gen i7 & it does not have any igu built into it. Don't know what model from that line of i7's your talking about.

I might be getting first and second generations mixed up. Both 4790k's and the 2600k I've ran all had iGPUs and would disable with a dedicated card installed.
