Psu: corsair hx1000.
Ram: 2*16 Kingston 5600mhz.
Motherboard unknown!

Options:
1_Msi z690 carbon wifi ( or Unify). From previous build IDidn't like msi z590 carbon.
2_Gigabyte Z690 pro ( can go higher to Master) I would love to try Gigabyte this time.
3-Asus Z690 f.
Which Z690 motherboards has stable bios, support ddr5 better, good warranty and customer service.
Thanks alot.

I sold my previous Msi z590 carbon + Intel 10850k because I couldn't solve a very annoying problem.

The Aorus Tachyon should provide great memory overclocking.

It has 2 memory slots.

I think it depends on what your into. No overclocking, grab the cheapest MB that can handle a 12900K. (most B660 cannot under full Prime95 stress).

You can go cheaper but in the $350-400 range which I know the most about since that's really all I get sent to review. My choices are the following. No particular order.

ASRock Z690 Phantom Gaming Velocita
MSI MPG Z690 Carbon WiFi
Gigabyte Z690 AORUS Master
ASUS Whatever? IDK I only have a DDR4 TUF Gaming that is below $$$$.

They all have pros and cons. Which leads to what exactly are you going to use the MB for? You can save money by not buying a MB with features you'll never use.

Got a very cheap z690 apex if u want.
how cheap and whats wrong with it? 2021 batch with memory issues?

Well that isn't a bad deal. $400 for a OC orientated MB. To bad I don't have much use for it or I would take you up on it. Maybe the OP will buy it.

Maybe it is a game/driver issue?

How do you run your pc with no problem? you notice any choppy gameplay or stutter?
Do you build your pc or shop did it for you?

No issues here, built myself.
However I do have a G-Sync monitor to prevent stuttering when gaming.

Yeah I know how G-sync feels, but this one feels different with high input lag and choppy screen. Mouse feels slow when you play you can feel something is not right.

I suggest a new thread as well. It will get more people to help. Not sure what "high input lag and choppy screen" is. Easy ones to check is if the CPU temps are fine. Bad mounting can cause 100c and downclock. Other is driver is video card related. I'm using G-Sync and its smooth as butter.

Also make sure you update the BIOS to the newest. tons of small and big bugs have been fixed. It's not a GB exclusive thing either. Alder Lake was rushed out the door.

Thanks everyone I'm testing new Motherboard Asus z690 hero.

I don't think the motherboard is the issue.......Z690 AOrus Master with i7 12700K here, no issues gaming.....
If you like to burn money on new hardware every week and hope that will solve your issues.....I don't think so...

My first apex did not do more than 6400c28 1t which I feel the perf is almost the same as 7000c30 1t in dark kingpin I currently have now. Got 1 apex 2022 from Asus sponsor but did not have time to test it.
