How do i get my CPU down in temperatures ?

It's all current available intel non-k CPUs... next time you build a PC buy AMD ;)
i never had AMD, but someone in this thread said that they lie about their temperatures ? And when i was younger i just went with Intel, becuase it was the more ''popular'' brand, but lately its just because thats what the shops ive been buying from told me to go with. But why is AMD better ? Because you have more freedom to do what you want or ?

I cross fingers you get the result you are looking for and that you will have fun while doing so.
I know its not going to be fun, im so tired sitting in front of my pc all the time, ive been living of full time streaming and when i stopped with that i was like yes to time to not spend so much time in front of consoles, but then i buy a new pc, because the old one shit it self and now im spending so much time making it work how i want it to lmao. But thanks though.

All AMD CPUs are unlocked and just for temperatures: I am currently using a 5800X and by tweaking just 3 values I got my peak temperatures down by approx. 10° C without changing the cooler, not to mention power consumption. Took me about 3-5 minutes.

Whoever said AMD was "lying" probably just was an intel-supporter. AMD is as good as intel in terms of stability and - just look at the new 7000-non-X CPUs - extremely efficient.

PS: The PC World video I mentioned is quite fun to watch and is also about this topic. If you find some time you might want to give it a try. Gordon is very entertaining.

Big difference, ive been using 4 hours probably and no undervolting yet.

yeah maybe, alot of people hate on other brands, when there is being talked about a different brand that they are not using.

yeah i'll check it out.

Im not sure, there is 3 fans, the stock cooler for 12700F, then one at the top of my case, one to the left of the CPU and then 2 under the GPU.
invest in a proper cpu cooler. dont expect mutch from those aluminium extruded bricks...

You think BE QUIET PURE ROCK 2 would be good enough ?
yes its beter than what you have now

try to get a cpu cooler with a flat surface
