The only thing I'm thinking of upgrading is maybe selling the unopened Asus and getting at GTS but not sure if it is worth the extra 100 to 150 dollars for a gts

most of it is still in the mail hated to sell my ultra cpu cooler but the new one combined with the 250mm fan should match it. The Armor is not here yet but with all the blue leds and black and silver it should look great.

900 plus reviews 5 eggs overall

Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year 11/29/2007 6:46:09 PM DUDE!

Pros: This keyboard is perfect, not only does it match my computer and mouse with it's blue LEDS, it allows you to see at night without turning on a light. The black with silver keys looks sweet. It's very comfortable and durable, I've had it for about 6 months and it still feels brand new.

Cons: none, It's perfect

Other Thoughts: Don't spill stuff on it (not smart)

Ownership: less than 1 day 11/29/2007 12:22:47 PM great keyboard

Pros: the illumination is great for this product i just love the lighted keys and it is very quiet which is a great plus

Cons: the space bar makes and annoying sound

Other Thoughts: there are other keyboards out there but this one is by far the most silent

Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year 11/28/2007 12:21:50 PM The Eclipse Is Coming!

Pros: Just what I needed. Lite up keyboard so I can game at like 11 pm - 3 am Only keyboard that is built as well as this one

Cons: A little bit higher price than I needed, but I wasnt going to waste my money on the "cheaper" alternatives

Other Thoughts: His older brother Eclipse II is pretty cool as well but has a higher price

Mailorder
Tech Level: average
Ownership: 1 week to 1 month 11/27/2007 4:07:39 PM Decent

Pros: The most important thing to this keyboard is the way the buttons feel. When you push down on them, they're soft and somewhat-mushy. This is the perfect feel for the PC gamer. Stock keyboards have too much of the "click-clack" sound and feel which will get to you on hours of gaming.

Cons: Wish it had macros. Unfortunately, I'm probably going to buy a Logitech G11/G15 so I can use the macros for WoW. But this Saitek served me well. I'll be moving it to my secondary gaming PC.

Other Thoughts: If you're not going to use macros, this keyboard is perfect. It should be the general staple to gaming keyboards.

Ownership: 1 month to 1 year 11/27/2007 10:05:01 AM Looks Great!!!!

Pros: Looks great, lights up bright blue. Very quiet when you type, no trouble at all installing.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: It your gonna have a case with blue light this is def the keyboard for you.

Blazer
Tech Level: high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year 11/26/2007 3:38:36 PM No Support

Pros: Does light up like advertised

Cons: Quit after 8 months, keys stick if they work at all, just went haywire overnight.

Other Thoughts: Can't RMA to Newegg because I threw away the packaging materials, and the manufacturer has refused to do anything about it, they tell me that they are sending me an email with their return policy, but the email never comes. Won't buy any Saitek products in the future

Tech Level: somewhat high
Ownership: 1 month to 1 year 11/24/2007 6:16:21 AM Its a nice keyboard nuff said.

Pros: I like the sleekness, the keys feel great to the touch. Solid board modest layout, nice back lighting. Easy to clean, durable "i spilled soda on it cleaned it easily and it works great". Its just a good solid keyboard nuff said.

Cons: The clips that prop the keyboard up on the back should have an extra pair if u lose them. They could be more sturdy but its trivial since this is a low profile board.

Other Thoughts: I have slayed many in many different games with this keyboard for that i am grateful. Possibly they broke theres out of frustration forcing them to buy this very board no? Nuff said.

There wasn't anything unfriendly with what he implied, just a simple question...

I've thought about getting an Armour, but for the price I'd rather a Soprano DX. When are you expecting the Armour to arrive?
