What do you use to Flash your Motherboards BIOS and how???

I got a new CPU and need to flash my BIOS and I am not sure if I should do it via in windows or DOS or what Programe to use.:confused:

What would yall recomend?

I bought my MB from some guy on TPU, he didn't give me the CD. Right now I am considering flahing my BIOS to the latest one that has been Moded via windows, just to scared and would like expert advice.

got on the GB website and download the BIOS flash util for your mobo

I know I installed @BIOS and everything but I don't know how to use it or even where it is installed to open the app.

I found the folder it was installed in but there is no .exe file for me to open it with, so I have given up with that.:(

ah took the risk and just flash it, everythig is ok and not my MB detects my CPU, thanks man for your help.
