My current system in system specs

I'm replacing the vid card, cpu, cpu cooler, motherboard, and ram hopefully.

I've decided Vid card SAPPHIRE 100222L Radeon HD 2900PRO 512MB 256-b
CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E6850
cpu cooler ZALMAN CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler

What should I do for the motherboard and ram?

I need a new motherboard I think because I dont think I trust this one since I've heard Gigabyte and other mobo manufacturers out of the USA sometimes just stick a FCC label on it and don't even test them to spec so what should I get?

that mobo you got is perfect. Though you could go the newest Asus Pk38 board. Ram, if you get DDR3 board, its gonna be expensive, perhaps stick with DDR2 for right now.

Well I want a new mobo I dunno why I think I just do hopefully this one is fine I guess with faster DDR2 ram it'll be fine
Would my mobo be fine with a E6850? I don't want to bottleneck it at all and it's a 1333Mhz FSB so does my mobo support that and can overclock farther?

About time you showed back up. Go for the HD 3870 instead of the 2900 PRO.

Keep the e6400, pairing that up with a BloodIron would be awesome.

Why are you replacing your CPU? I thought the E6850 was really good.
