Crysis vs. Orange Box vs. ET: Quake Wars

i vote orange box because with your rig specs you wont be able to enjoy playing crysis.

Quake Wars sucks badly. Don't bother with it. Ever.

Crysis is awesome, but you really need a rig that can handle at they very least medium to enjoy it as intended.

So Orange Box. The best Value for Money game of 2007. Portal is awesome, but short. Ep2 is yet another great addition to the HL2 storyline, and of course you get HL2 and Ep1 if you haven't already got them.

I say orange box too, I really like crysis but I was disapointed when it was done all of a sudden! Orange box gets you a great list of games that will last for along time!

Get the orange box and enjoy!

Crysis is a terrific game. Judging from your 3DMark score I think you could get an enjoyable play experience out of it.

However, the Orange Box consists of several games including my favorite of 2007: Portal.

So I vote Orange Box. There will be cake.

I would go with Orange Box becuase Crysis has a great SP but the MP is kinda boring and there are so many snipers its no fun :shadedshu

Soooo... They ran out of Orange Box at Gamestop.

I wasn't really sure what I could get so I picked up Crysis knowing that most likely I wouldn't be able to play it well. Well, that wasn't an issue. I get about 27 fps on average at high settings at 1680 x 1050. Once I get another 2900xt, hopefully I'll get 37 fps. The story line is pretty cool as well, but the original Far cry is nothing like it. What happened to Jack Carver!??

Overall it's a cool game. I'm going to get Orange box from Steam later I guess.

Orange Box should have been the GOTY (only reason it didn't was because it wasn't one single game). Buy Orange Box, you won't regret it!

Yea I got mine over steam. Its cool and all but took forever to dl all the games :cry:

I just like having the game box. It is an "orange box" after all so I was kind of wondering what it would look like.

Maybe they will have another sale on Steam soon.

Crysis is an amazing game, and i love it. But, the whole HL2 series, and TF2, cant argue with that. You'll get MUCH more play time outa the Orange Box, considering you can take weeks on TF2. Stay away from ET:QW, from what i played, its not worth it.

lol! Great idea to pitch to Futuremark. Forgo the long drawout tests and just run a short, standardized time demo from each map!

Anyhow, You'd be able to play Crysis - my rig can struggle with it decently (no eye candy, though). MP does currently suck, though . . . it's not balanced enough, IMHO.

Haven't played ETQW yet, so I've got to vote for OB.
