I'm pissed off.
I ran Visa disk clean up and start browsing firefox. A minute later, I get a wierd error message with just red HTML code. Odd.
Firefox freezes, and gives me more of that.
SO I close it and to my horror, all my desktop icons ARE GONE.
OH SHIT so is everything in my start menu!!!!
AND SO is a crap load of stuff.
OH CHIRST NO!!!!! System files!!!!
I spend 4 hours restoring this computer, made especially hard because it is a tablet without a bootable DVD DL drive, only to have disk clean up screw everything up.
I'm posting this now from firefox portable, which is installed on my fileserver, all I do is just ope nthe executable and bang.
I pretty much know I'm hosed, so this thread isn't about "OH CHRIST WAGONS PLZ HLP ME!!!!", it's just me venting.
Here is a screen shot of explorer. Note the fact that the address bar is screwed up...
oops I can't post a screenshot, because paint is gone.
I'll be back in a few hours... After I restore this shit...
