Whats wrong with this board?

I love ASUS, i've had 4 of there boards in the past and I really like them. I want to pick this up but its got TERRIBLE reviews on newegg.. I might be able to get a 90$ board and I really like ASUS but the reviews are really killing it for me.

Very picky on memory
Does not POST. DOA...
Sound is crap.
Seems like QC is poor on the manufacturing of this board.

Im on a strict 90$ budget, maybe do 100$ but I doubt it.

100 bucks after MIR...and you can do crossfire.

Edit: The abit is fine, lacks a lot of features compared to its bigger brother. That board was $50 after MIR for like months. I would wait for that offer to come back.

Well id like it to have quad / 45nm support and 4 DDR2 slots. But not really. I just need somthing new that supports my E2200 w/o a flash.

I would stay away from ECS, the have one of the poorest quality control.

I talked to DFI already about that board they said it doesnt support my E2200.
