MSI, Gigabyte, Asus and even DFI, all of their 790FX boards are the best to me. With MSI, you get 4 x16 slots, 2@x16 and 2 @x8. gigabyte is awesome and great for ocing, as is Asus. Not too sure on the DFI But Ive seen mixed reviews, more favorable then not.

Just something I noticed, all those boards are AMD chipsets, now I'm no expert, but how well will that work with 2 Nvidia cards in SLI like his friend is looking for (or at least he states in his original question.

If he does intend to get Nvidia cards, I've found this MSI board, and ASUS board.

http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=proddesc&prod_no=1438&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=171&cat3_no=537
http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=3&l2=149&l3=646&l4=0&model=2097&modelmenu=1

then again.. those aren't under 200 dollars.. close though.. maybe worth the extra money..

Ah, I didn't see either of them on newegg and didn't think to look for them on other sites, although that kind of suprises me considering I am running an MSI K9A2 Platinum which is MSI's top AMD chipset board and it was under 200$
