Spyware/virus protection sticky thread?

I think it would be a good idea to see a sticky thread that helps people combat spyware and viruses. I looked through here...there aren't any. Most of us are smart enough to not get viruses, but it would still be a good idea to help those that do...(or are fixing one for somebody that has them

).

Anybody else think it is a good idea?

Well it is a good idea. Good for beginners also good for experts. But most people should know how to prevent viruses/spywares/malware by now.

Good idea: I'm sure there are many people out there who havn't got a clue on which Antivirus to use, because there are litteraly thousands!

First a whole forum, now just a sticky. Perhaps writing something first would be an idea. If it is useful and people read it a lot we could consider a sticky.

solution for everything = Kaspersky Internet Security........

Is miles ahead of the rest, is easy to use & i (& all my mates) would never consider using a different virus/spyware scanner......

+ if u buy the key off ebay it'll cost you about $12 for 1 year!!!!!!

as far as i & many other ppl are concerned, its the only way to go.
