i would just create a sticky folder in each section, still easy to get.

ex: Hardware, Graphic Cards, ATI, Sticky Folder and all the unstick below that. just an idea

Yes like just a regular windows XP folder icon. With a name below each folder saying hardware reviews, overclocking, Cooling, Motherboards , Database, Memory , Graphics Card, Games etc.....

How about a forum saying Stickie Threads. (Don't confuse it with subforums) And then a hide and show button for each stickie and theres a little bar saying the name of the thread (to get easy access to the thread you want to view) besides the hide and show button or... or group them into folders like CrackerJack said Hardware, ATI , Nvidia, Intel , AMD......

even if it's just a hand full of threads. say 5 stickys well that 5 less in the main section. Like someone said before theres 12 in ATI, well that's almost the page. well for me. And plus in time there's going be more stickys

But it will be hard to find the thread you are looking for since most stickies are long.

I went to MS word. Typed in a number sting, and copy and pasted it, until the letter could was over 16000.

My suggestion is as such....

There are currently 5 sections to the forums. Hardware, Software, Other, TechPowerUp and "OUr Software".

I think that an additional sections called "Guides and Tutorials" should be added that contains two forums, Hardware and Software.

Put all of the stickies in the relevant forum. As far as the stickies in Other, who cares.
All relevant stickies falls under either hardware or software. With the new tags, it should be easy to find what you are looking for by keyword. We just have to manage the tags so that they are correct and not useless.

I don't like calling the area "Important Threads" because that seems a bit demeaning to the rest of them.

the thread should me moderated as well. so only a moderator can add the guides. don't want to end up havin the same guide multiple times
