This was a DOS based 3D game originally. Even back then it was amazing. I like these kind of games the most. Another game I'm waiting for is Alan Wake.

iv played alone in the dark 4 for the pc, it was quite good when i got it,
scary as fuck sometimes with just the torchlight to see what your doing, hope this is gonna be good!

Certainly, this doesn't get anywhere near the original Alone in the Dark (1992) - infact, does this have anything to do with it?
Anyways, this is just another shoot 'em up.

It doesn't appear to play nothing like the original from what I've seen. Anyone here play the original Alone in the Dark? This seems to take after Alone in the Dark 2 saga.

the original was a dos based game made in the 90's and is regarded as a classic, theres been 3 sequals iirc and a couple of versions ported to consoles inc the ps1, 2 ?? inc: alone in the dark: the new nightmare which i loved the gameplay of along with other horror 3rd person games of that genre inc: res evil, silent hill
