I think Clear Sky has more serious problems apart from DRM.

I think Spore has more of a DRM problem than any game on the market... you can 't even remove the program that comes with it...its not uninstallable. You have to wipe your HDD to get it off.

buy the game then use the crack.

but read about the game before spending your money. i got frustrated after one or two hours and stopped playing it

not to mention you are a pretty patient guy, from what i see in the reviews anyway. I might just read up on that, but i signed the petition only because i am a firm believer that copy protection only harms us buyers, and helps the copyers. Also, w1zzard is right, i dont believe there is anything that is wrong with cracking a game that you bough, kinda goes along the same lines as emulating a game you own.

albeit the program that is installed and cant be removed, is very small, and pretty well unnoticeable.
just one more reason why DRM is crap.
