Because the Mag Tomahawk x570 board is garbage... terrible support from MSI and half the nvme drives don't work in the top m.2 slot...I'm in the process of replacing mine with a Gigabyte x570s Master.

This is just insane...DDR4 4000 at CL15. Here I was so happy to have 3600mhz at 14-14-14-34.

I am having serious issues with this sad on my Mag Tomahawk x570 board...I have not been able to see anything beyond 3000mb read and 1600 write..I've checked all settings and have PCIE 4 with 4x lanes. It's installed on the top NVME slot so getting directly from the CPU. Very disappointed.

This comment is getting old...they purposely used 720p to make the benchmark CPU bound. That takes the GPU out of the equation so you can see which CPU is having a better impact on the score. They're not benchmarking the video card right? So this is how you get a clear picture of which CPU is...

The 5800x3d will put AMD on par with the 12900k without the need of a new chipset or DDR5. It's a great option for those who don't want to upgrade to AM5 end of the year and it'll slot into current motherboards.
