Priest in St. Augustine ---3rd row biches!!!!!!!!!!

I want to use the vandal res. illuminated ring switch for on/off. I plug the leds into the respected recepticals. "+" ,"-", and the pos and neg into the mobo header. The switch illuminates but switch doesnt work. The instructions are not very clear. and I am a noob with it all. any help...
