It all depends on your model. I'm pretty sure it's all explained in the Support section of the manufacturer and you could also find the needed bios file there.

Your BIOS have been updated with the upgrade. Same happened to me few months ago when switching to W11. Disable the update in Device manager and flash the previous version of BIOS and all will be back to good.

No, it's not Armoury Crate. I'm with it and it doesn't interfere with ThrottleStop. It's all from the BIOS probably.

If you're using an old grade paste like MX4, it would degrade very fast as it's not supposed to work in high temps above 85C like MX5, Noctua NT-H2 and other, which have double the max working temperature (200C).

That's strange. My 9750h works perfectly, just as before, after migrating to W11 for more then a week now and I've done absolutely no changes at all in TS. Should I consider changing something or it's an issue with other CPUs?
