I'd question your 550 watt psu. Is it old? The 12v rail may not have enough amperage.

I'm going between Just Cause 3 and Hitman. I'm a Hitman fan but I'm liking Just Cause way more. Thanks to my Gigabyte 980ti G1 andG-Sync monitor I'm seeing 63-92 fps on both with DSR 1440p setting.

I haven't had a single Gigabyte card that didn't have a factory pasting that didn't look like a whole 3 gram tube of TIM was drenching the chip. Re-pasting will definitely help.
