    HIFIMAN HE1000 Stealth Open-Back Headphones

HiFiMAN recommends 150-200 hours break-in, and you stated you had 50 hours. Maybe flawed was the wrong word to use, however I stand by my experience with owning about 10 different HiFiMAN headphones over the past decade. Oh, and it's not just the drivers I am referring to but the pads as well.

    HIFIMAN HE1000 Stealth Open-Back Headphones

Only if you listen to the wrong people. Trust your ears, not someone's opinion. Frequency response will not change with break-in, but EVERY other aspect of the sound will such as soundstage, instrument separation, glare/peakiness, and overall refinement, all which can not be measured.

    HIFIMAN HE1000 Stealth Open-Back Headphones

Great review, but flawed. HiFiMAN headphones NEED 150-200 hours of "real world" break-in to show their final form, and the HE1000 stealth are no exception. From my own personal experience (I currently own the HE1000 stealth, Ananda stealth, and Sundara) 50 hours is when the headphones "start" to...

Introducing the next generation of AirPods: The world's most popular wireless headphones just got better

You lost the conversation with the first sentence and it's obvious you have little to no experience with Apple products. No one is tied to an ecosystem, never have been, and Apple peripherals work just fine with Android (with the latter at fault if they don't jive well).

HyperX Achieves 20 Million Gaming Headsets Shipping Milestone

Why? How?! Then again, people ate up Beats as well. At least with HyperX people aren't paying exorbitant prices because a washed up rapper endorsed them. :p

Apos Audio Releases the Caspian Open-back Headphones for $499

You are simply not buying the right headphones! What you listed are ok to above average but nothing special. Grado were good for the 1960's, the DT 770 are highly overrated, and the Sony's are...meh... Get yourself a pair of Sennheiser HD 560 S (or any of the HD 600 line) or HiFiMan Sundara and...

NVIDIA's big F you to Windows 8.1 users

Just update to Windows 10, it's free! Why are there still holdouts?! What logical reason could one prefer to use Windows 8.1 over Windows 10 besides the poor argument that "if it still works why change"? We aren't talking about a perfectly functional and wonderful sounding Yamaha stereo receiver...

Resident Evil 8 Village Benchmark Test & Performance

Glad my RX Vega 64 shows great 1440P performance! I am sure I could ether live with the 45fps for 4K or tweak a couple settings to achieve 60fps.

AMD Acknowledges USB Connectivity Issues on 500 Series Chipset Motherboards

Well, I have an X570 Elite paired with a 3700X, RX Vega 64, 2 PCIe Gen. 4 NVMe drives, and most of my USB ports populated that is a Hackintosh running macOS 99% of the time and I have yet to experience ANY of the described issues, nor have others in the community. However, when I game in windows...

AMD Patents Chiplet Architecture for Radeon GPUs

I remember years ago when I put forth a very similar concept and I got laughed out of the thread. Glad to see AMD trying to implement what I assumed was a logical path forward, and given their track record over the past 4 years I believe they can make this work. Exciting times!

Cyberpunk 2077 Gets Hotfix with Version 1.05, Update Available for All Platforms

With patch 1.04, my R7 3700X and Vega 64 was averaging 55fps1440P (mix of med and high settings). 1.05 introduced massive lag in the city, broken audio (NPCs taking as if they are on the radio), and worst of all when I enter the menu screen or map performance dips to 5fps making it almost...
