What metadata are you even talking about? What "log in" are you even talking about? I have the 15 key stream deck on my gaming computer, and 32 key stream deck and elgato wave 3 on my streaming computer, I didn't even log in to any of the apps, so what are you talking about?

Um.... what are you even talking about? No elgato product requires or even has an option for subscriptions aside from the mobile app. It seems you are wrongly biased because of the one "product" Elgato launched FOR people like you who didn't want to get a physical stream deck.

8 pin EPS can handle up to 336W, but even then there are boards that cannot handle this much power, this person had a Z790A-D4, that has two 8 pins, and he was able to pull 500W+ on the CPU before the VRMs blew. I wouldn't trust a VRM that blows at 500W, to handle 400W.

Sorry I just saw this, try disabling SMT. I have a 9900K, and the only thing different with my build and a lot of other gamers is, I purposely disabled hyperthreading which also got me a 300 MHz higher overclock, but I get the feeling after chatting with lots of other CS2 players, SMT and HT...

Does the GPU actually work with AV1 encoding? I have an Asus DG1-4G and was hoping it would work with AV1 encoding so I can pass through that GPU to a virtual machine for handbrake transcoding!

Nope, voltage controls and power controls are available on any chipset! CPU overclocking however, requires a Z chipset (unless you go through some BCLK workaround), and an unlocked multiplier, so that you can increase the multipliers past stock.
