    Seriously though, when there will be nothing left to mine, they will charge a fraction of a bitcoin for every transaction to pay the verificator(miner) of that transaction.     You can disable cortana completely and choose the telemetry level. Switch off windows recognition of Cameras, microphones and the likes and turn off location awarness. There is control over your personal data. The rest is telemetry data used to track global e regional threats.
