I think Filefront or 3dGamers has this service available, though at a nominal 5 dollar (US) fee.

As long as it is an ATX power supply (I'm assuming you have an ATX case) You should be fine. (ATX Refers to the universal form the case and periphereals follow to insure their compatibility, ATX is the most common).

Check newegg.com and be sure to read the customer reviews to ensure you're getting a quality power supply. A brand name is not always the deciding factor, many lesser-known companies make just as good power supplies.

I agree with Stryder, do some more research on the power supply to ensure its reliability.

Had a problem with that a long time ago when I used to play America's army, for me, the problem was the video drivers. Uninstall your current video drivers and install the new one in safe mode on your pc, it's better to do a clean update like that.
