If a normal A3850 comes with an unlocked multi yes. Not sure about hitting sandy speeds at the same temps but yes on the extreme side of things and with the process refined more who knows.

Well here's how it works. It changes the default multi string from 16x-47X ( IIRC thats the lowest to highest) to 32X-63X. That is 31 possible multies. And the default is 29x which is 13 multis above the lowest. Now if it was applied, the multipliers would shift to the high range but...

This is not achieved via some super secret bios ;) It can be with an option but this is all via registers and thus can be done in software. My only concern is making it easy for the majority and it's in the works.

nah i don't lap my cpu's, I need to keep track of them via batch number O_o He lapped his for water. Sounds to me you need to find a decent bencher near by and see if you can tag along :) the pics i just hosted on my FTP site ;) Look at the name of the ftp folder...

tonights session is with kenny's chip. all the results he posted are his own with his chip :) kenny's lapped chip not so great in pi but a well balanced chip good for 3d and tolerates more voltage. :) I benched my runs like 3 or 4 days ago.

now i will post ;) and i will give you friendly advice once and only once.......accuse someone and you better be able to back up you claims. rules for 2d on bot no cpu sharing. rules for 3d no vga sharing..... heres from my session other day........ Note voltages on...

Hmmm , you can clearly see that the 1200 antec OC is not hooked up to anything ;) It's wasn't necessary but those PSU's live on that particular bench station, other 2 stations were tied up with "other" things :) Cpuz is rejecting everything right now thats AMD, even at stock, no clue.
