I donno what that means, but my MB is ASUS X670E-Plus WiFi, I got all the needed drivers from their website, except the chipset driver which I got from AMD, do I need to reinstall the chipset driver?

In high power laptops you actually need that battery since the battery acts as a part of PSU for this kind of laptops, in order to maximize the power delivery for high wattage consuming parts (GPU for instance). Just put the battery back in again, if the battery is swollen get a replacement.

Recently I got a BIOS update for my laptop but the changelog has nothing regarding typical security updates rather lots of technical changes, I'm curious to know why they made so many changes and what exactly they changed, if anyone here is knowledgeable enough to elaborate these changes to me...

I would say Efficiency is my concern, gpus back in the day were better for a couple of gens in terms of power to performance ratio on stock settings, although a good ratio can be achieved through undervolting and limiting some power on last gens, which is what I always do to prolong the lifespan.
