    Hi. I saw that you made mod of fornt door panel of BQ900 (CNC cut). Have You got project of that honeycomb cut scheme?
    I want to do the same. But tell me - how You dissasembled the door? That plastic frame is glued or srewed? Have You got any "process" photos?

    The honeycomb scheme was premade. It was the only one they had available anyway. I measured it for someone who wanted to do the same:
    • hexagon width: 18mm
    • bridge between hexagons: 2mm
    • distance to side edge: 20mm
    • distance to top edge: 37mm
    • distance to bottom edge: 88mm

    I do have to warn you about that large foam pad glued to the front door. It was a major pain in the butt to remove and it took me at least half an hour and lots of solvent. Some people just chose to not remove it and simply cut through it.
